Bitesize Bluebeam 5: Collecting Field Data | Live, ONLINE

This focused class—built by UChapter2 for office and jobsite pros—teaches you how to create custom punch symbols, embed field photos and videos, and build summary reports. 

From QA/QC to install tracking, this session delivers consistency and clarity across your field documentation workflows.

 Important Note: Mandatory Pre-requisite - Bitesize Bluebeam 1- Baseline Basics

Required Course:

• Bitesize Bluebeam 1: Baseline Basics is a mandatory pre-requisite for this course. You must attend Bitesize Bluebeam 1: Baseline Basics before attending this training.

• Live, Online, Instructor-led training
• This course is facilitated by the instructor on the Zoom platform. Access information will be provided to you in advance of the training.
• This course is delivered in partnership with local construction associations. You will be participating with a cohort of industry peers from multiple regions.

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Have Bluebeam 2018 or newer installed, and ready to go before class. If you don’t currently have a license of Bluebeam Revu, you can download a free trial here.
• Please go to the Revu > About menu in the upper left corner of the Bluebeam interface. You’re required to have Version 2018 or newer for our Bluebeam courses. If this same windows say Unassigned at the top, your IT department needs to assign you a license so you can login and use Bluebeam software. Make sure this is complete prior to class start time. 
• Attendance via tablet or phone is not recommended. You should have a mouse with a scroll wheel when attending this class. In Bluebeam there are several right-click shortcuts, and the wheel will help you zoom in/out on documents.
• 2-screen computer set-up is recommended. This will allow you to watch the instructor on one screen while practicing on the other.
